The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) has commenced the inspection of over 600 facilities nationwide for accreditation as centres for the conduct of the 2016 Computer Based Test (CBT).
This disclosure was made known by the Public Relations Officer of
JAMB, Dr Fabian Benjamin, during an interview with the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) in Lagos on Monday.
According to him, the board would inspect over 600 facilities for accreditation and that only those that met the requirements would be accredited as centres for the Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME).
He said that the centres were expected to have reliable servers to enable JAMB to send its questions from the headquarters to various centres since it was not using the public servers.
